[MORE] Broadcaster Abbot Returns to Hilo Roots Pacific Radio Group, Inc. announces the addition of longtime radio personality, Phil Abbot, to their Big Island programming team. Thirty-one years after leaving Hilo, Abbot returns home to fill dual roles as morning show co-host and program director for the company’s hugely successful KAPA FM radio station, heard on 100.3 in Hilo and Kau and 99.1 in Kona.
